Competenze Professionali:
Gestione di nuovi progetti
- Supportare il Business Manager nelle fasi di raccolta di requisiti, definizione di specifiche (funzionali e non funzionali), la redazione del Business Case e del piano di progetto, inclusa l’analisi dei rischi
- Gestire delle fasi di sviluppo del sistema informativo, sia in termini tecnici che economici, pianificare le attività di test e rilasciare la documentazione técnica
- Organizzare il supporto post rilascio in esercizio

Gestione applicazioni in esercizio
- Garantire appropriati livelli di funzionamenti e supporto
- Lavorare in sinergia con i rappresentanti degli utenti per identificare bachi, non conformità e relative soluzioni
- Coordinare il processo di Change Management

Conoscenza dei processi e delle best practice tipici di Project & Risk Managament, Contract Management, Finanza Aziendale con riferimento ai principali standard contabili internazionali (es. IRFS 15 e 16).

Conoscenza dei principali concetti di raccolta e analisi dei dati di Progetto, contrattuali e finanziari, abilità nella redazione di report e simulazione di scenari.

Conoscenza di strumenti informatici di pianificazione, analisi di dati e reportistica (vedi Primavera, MS Project, BPC, Power BI o altri).

Esperienza professionale:
Almeno 5 anni in reparti ICT di aziende di medio-grandi dimensioni (o società di consulenza ICT presso clienti di medio-grandi dimensioni) con ruolo di Project Manager e/o Demand Manager.

Conoscenze linguistiche:
Inglese, livello intermedio
