**Operations Area Manager**
La persona prescelta sarà responsabile di assicurare il raggiungimento degli obiettivi operativi previsti in sede di budget relativi al portafoglio commesse di competenza attraverso il coordinamento delle funzioni dipendenti.
Garantirà inoltre l’erogazione dei servizi e l’esecuzione dei lavori del portafoglio commesse di competenza curando la soddisfazione della committenza, l’ottimizzazione delle attività, il rispetto dei requisiti contrattuali sottoscritti, il contenimento degli impatti ambientali e il rispetto delle norme di sicurezza e qualità nonché dei processi definiti dall’azienda. In conclusione, contribuirà alla gestione integrata e coerente dei clienti in portafoglio coordinandosi con la Direzione Commerciale.
Si richiedono:
- Esperienza di almeno 10 anni nel settore della gestione dei servizi energetici complessi e/o della PA (preferibilmente contesti Ospedalieri)
- Esperienza nella gestione di risorse
Completano il profilo buone capacità organizzative e relazionali e predisposizione a lavorare in team. Verranno valutate positivamente persone appassionate che vogliano mettersi in gioco in contesti caratterizzati da dinamiche complesse.
