Openjobmetis Agenzia per il lavoro, Divisione Permanent Placement, ricerca e seleziona FRONT OFFICE MANAGER per Boutique Hotel a Portofino.

**Posizione**:

- Assicurarsi che il front desk sia sempre in ordine e provvisto di tutto il materiale necessario;
- Supervisionare e formare il resto del team perché possa offrire al cliente un servizio di qualità;
- Gestione del personale;
- Assicurarsi che il servizio al cliente sia sempre accurato e pronto;
- Gestione delle emergenze e delle priorità;
- Gestione delle prenotazioni e delle scadenze;
- Verifica del budget e della contabilità;
- Redazione di report sull’andamento delle attività.

**Requisiti**:

- Diploma;
- Conoscenza dei principi di customer care
- Conoscenza fluente della lingua inglese e di una seconda lingua tra francese, tedesco o spagnolo;
- Capacità di utilizzo dei principali dispositivi informatici e software gestionali, gradita la conoscenza di Hotel Cube
- Conoscenze base di tipo amministrativo/contabile
- Attitudine al lavoro con il pubblico;
- Spiccate doti comunicative;
- Ottime capacità organizzative e di multitasking;
- Ottime capacità di problem solving;
- Esperienza pregressa nella mansione maturata in contesti di lusso.
