- Principali responsabilità- Supportare l'organizzazione IT nello sviluppo della consapevolezza della sicurezza informatica, nel monitoraggio e nella risposta a potenziali incidenti informatici.
- Sviluppare e mantenere un'efficace strategia di gestione dell'inventario IT (processi e strumenti) per monitorare tutti i dispositivi aziendali.
- Principali caratteristiche richieste- Esperienza in una supervisione técnica IT o in un ruolo manageriale.
- Esperienza nell'implementazione di metodologie per ridurre le escalation e promuovere un modello di supporto self-service proattivo.
- Esperienza con l'analisi delle metriche delle prestazioni ITSM.
- Mostra e applica la conoscenza delle tecnologie tra cui: Office 365, tecnologie WAN/LAN, SCCM, VMware, Okta, Mimecast, sistema operativo Windows, Active Directory, PowerShell.
- Comprensione dei concetti di rete e dei principi/incidenti di sicurezza informatica.
- Esperienza con i requisiti di auditing IT e conformità IT generale e adesione a SOX e conformità PCI.
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese sia scritta che parlata.
- Una seconda lingua è considerata un vantaggio (soprattutto spagnolo, francese o olandese).
- Disponibile a viaggiare.
