About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Sales Solution Consultant to join our EMEA Enterprise team, focusing on helping businesses unleash their potential.
Key Responsibilities
- Support sales representatives in uncovering customer requirements and recommending solutions.
- Collaborate with the internal product organization to define emerging propositions.
- Develop and maintain product presentations to showcase our services.
- Identify functionality gaps with sales teams and prospects, providing expert advice.
Requirements
- Technical expertise with experience working with sales teams.
- Background in packaging products/solutions/services for client prospects.
- Payments experience preferred, with knowledge of card program management, chargeback, fraud prevention, and mobile/instant payments.
- Familiarity with competitors and their products/services.
- Excellent communication and client-focused approach.
- Bilingual skills in Italian and English.
