Technical Account Manager EMEA

As a Technical Account Manager at Docebo Inc., you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers in the EMEA region. Your mission is to ensure our customers achieve success with our Learning Management System (LMS) solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with the Account Team to develop and execute strategic customer initiatives that drive growth and customer satisfaction.
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers, providing technical guidance and support to help them achieve their eLearning objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify opportunities for operational efficiencies and reliability improvements.
- Support the upskilling of customer resources to ensure they have the necessary expertise to succeed with our products.
- Monitor customer issues and provide timely resolutions, working closely with the Docebo team to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in technical troubleshooting and enterprise account management in a SaaS environment.
- Fluent in English and basic knowledge of back-end development practices.
- Ability to make timely decisions and manage priorities with an analytical mindset and process-oriented approach.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate our product and service vision, objectives, and offerings.
- Proactivity in advising on workarounds and best practices.
Preferred Requirements:
- Working knowledge of front-end development technologies, iPaaS technology, or SQL queries.
- Proficiency in other European languages and AWS Product Certification.
