Technical Account Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage technical operations for top clients, ensuring seamless campaign execution.
  • Provide technical support via phone and email, addressing client queries and concerns.
  • Oversee technical issue resolution, ensuring campaign launching and running processes are smooth.
  • Integrate internal campaign emission systems with clients' e-commerce platforms.
  • Collaborate with account managers to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign effectiveness, proposing optimization solutions.
  • Work closely with the technical support team to resolve complex issues.

Requirements:

  • Basic knowledge of HTML and JavaScript.
  • Experience with debugging tools and Google Tag Manager.
  • At least 5 years of experience in online technology, e-commerce, and/or digital advertising.
  • Fluency in Italian and advanced English (C1 level).
  • Candidate must be based in Milan.
