Technical Account Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage technical operations for top clients, ensuring seamless campaign execution.
- Provide technical support via phone and email, addressing client queries and concerns.
- Oversee technical issue resolution, ensuring campaign launching and running processes are smooth.
- Integrate internal campaign emission systems with clients' e-commerce platforms.
- Collaborate with account managers to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Monitor and analyze campaign effectiveness, proposing optimization solutions.
- Work closely with the technical support team to resolve complex issues.
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of HTML and JavaScript.
- Experience with debugging tools and Google Tag Manager.
- At least 5 years of experience in online technology, e-commerce, and/or digital advertising.
- Fluency in Italian and advanced English (C1 level).
- Candidate must be based in Milan.
