Technical Account Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Account Manager to join our team at RTB House. As a Technical Account Manager, you will be responsible for conducting technical operations for our top clients, providing technical support, and managing technical issues related to campaign launching and running processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct technical operations for top clients, ensuring seamless campaign execution.
  • Provide technical support to clients via phone and email, addressing all technical aspects of campaigns.
  • Manage technical issues related to campaign launching and running processes, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Integrate technical solutions between our internal campaign emission system (RTB House) and clients' e-commerce platforms.
  • Collaborate with account managers to deliver high standards of customer service.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign effectiveness, proposing optimization solutions.
  • Work closely with our technical support team from HQ to ensure seamless technical support.

Requirements:

  • Basic knowledge of HTML and JavaScript.
  • Experience with debugging tools (e.g., Firebug, web browser consoles), Google Tag Manager.
  • At least 5 years of experience in online technology, e-commerce, and/or digital advertising.
  • Experience with Google Analytics is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical skills, good time management, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to solve problems efficiently, high level of motivation, and willingness to learn.
  • Fluency in Italian and advanced command of English (C1 level).
  • Candidate must be based in Milan.
