For our Sales Team we are looking for a new Key Account Manager (f/m/d) in Italy for the South (Campania, Molise, Puglia & Basilicata); Motivated, imaginative and with strong ambition to achieve the team's goals and will report directly to Area Manager Centre South Italy.

**YOUR MISSION**
With deep understanding of FMCG and knowledge of GDO, DO customers you will participate in the development of the overall business strategy to achieve company objectives and contribute to our annual business plan.
- In your daily business you will support existing and potential customer base in order to further develop the FRoSTA brand & gaining market share in Italy, be their primary point of contact and build long-term relationships:
- Therefore you will ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions and respond to customer requests and needs to resolve issues including product orders or payment issues.
- Corporately you will develop the assortment and its promotion and ensure not only our product portfolio strategy at POS but also our excellence in execution at POS of Store Design and Visual Merchandising according to our brand guideline.
- Also, the negotiation and definition of sales agreement with customers, in line with economic objectives, and supervision of the implementation of agreements will be in your hands.
- Your customers will be relying on your forecast plan for each SKU, your management of the P&L targets, your monitoring and analysis of customer's and competitor's trends.
- With your monthly reporting and dashboards on retail & product sales KPIs you will communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external participants.
**WHAT YOU BRING**
- You hold a university degree or high school diploma.
- You have your residence in the area of interest and live there.
- Knowledge of Italian or Central European trade, or wish to use existing experience and know-how to design the processes for the market in Italy.
- You show strong interest in modern sales, food and sustainability issues and a high motivation for success.
- Speaking and writing English and Italian fluently.
- You are available for travelling.
- High level of commitment and strong ambition to achieve goals as well as a strong analytical mind.
- You show strong negotiation skills, your approach is results driven.
