**Malo supporta le aziende nella crescita attraverso un'opportunità unica nel panorama Hr, stiamo cercando un Luxury Sales Advisor per un'importante azienda del panorama Real estate.**

**Di cosa ti occuperai.**
- Cura del **_match_** tra proprietari immobiliari e relativi acquirenti**: in primo luogo dal punto di vista commerciale,**Gestione portafoglio immobili** (esclusivamente di lusso) con relativo M_antening_ del cliente e supporto allo stesso nelle varie attività di cross-selling,
- ** Gestione sull'assegnazione** di clienti acquirenti intenzionati ad acquistare immobili esclusivamente di lusso.

**Qualifiche richieste.**
- Laurea in economia/giurisprudenza/architettura (preferibilmente **Magistrale**) o pregressa esperienza nel settore immobiliare;- Passione per il mondo immobiliare;- Conoscenza degli strumenti fondamentali IT;- Fondamentale la conoscenza della lingua inglese (almeno base);
- Elevate capacità relazionali, approccio analitico e orientamento agli obiettivi.

**Offerta economica.**
- Rapporto di lavoro con **Partita IVA Collaborazione Permanente** con possibilità dopo 12-24 mesi di inserimento come **dipendente a tempo indeterminato,**- Compenso stipendiale **fisso mensile 1500,00 euro** - che sarà comunque rivalutato in base all'effettiva esperienza,**Premi produzione** in liquidazione bimestrale a rendicontazione mensile,**Formazione specifica** volta ad un percorso professionalizzante in un contesto aziendale in forte crescita,
- _ Back-office _commerciale dedicato a supporto della gestione completa delle pratiche come supporto alla gestione del cliente.

**Orario e Luogo di Lavoro (in presenza).**
- ** Full-time - Lunedì - Venerdì;**
- Presso la sede direzionale di** Roma** o presso una delle sedi centrali (Firenze, Milano, Napoli)

**Il processo di selezione seguirà i seguenti passaggi.**- Colloquio: in caso di feed positivo inizieremo con una valutazione da parte del nostro team di Risorse Umane tramite un contatto telefonico di 15/30 minuti;- Secondo colloquio: a seconda del caso e della sede, nel caso di superamento di primo colloquio, seguirà un secondo colloquio in presenza, individuale o di gruppo della durata di c.a. 75 minuti. Potrebbe sussistere in quella sede un test di inglese della durata di 10 minuti, solo speaking;
