- Ability to present technical materials effectively to stakeholder groups and engage effectively with executives of large enterprises on both technical and non-technical matters.- Excellent project and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to focus on translating business requirements into technology solutions.- Ability to speak and write in English and Italian or French or German fluently.

Google Cloud teams work with schools, companies, and government agencies to make them more productive, mobile and collaborative. You will oversee all aspects of the Google Cloud sales process, improving it with your insightful data analysis, troubleshooting, and seamless cross-functional teamwork. Your strategies ensure that companies new to Google products get the highest quality customer support and that the Google Cloud program overall is kept on the cutting edge.
As a Google Cloud Technical Account Manager (TAM), you will draw on technical, communication, and organizational capabilities to help customers get the most value from Google Cloud Platform and Google Workspace investments. You will manage all aspects of Google Cloud adoption, helping customers accelerate their journey to the platform and optimize their business and technical operations.
In this role, you will develop relationships with business executives and IT stakeholders to understand their business requirements and goals. Building on this knowledge, you will lead shared, strategic roadmaps to drive customer partnerships, provide technical guidance and program leadership, and facilitate digital transformation with customers to maximize their value on Google Cloud.

**Responsibilities**:
- Accelerate customer adoption of Google Cloud by leading the implementation journey. Provide technical guidance and manage timelines, milestones, migration goal, and business transformation strategies.
- Advocate for customer needs to overcome adoption blockers and drive new feature development. Lead across multiple workstreams and teams to maintain customer momentum.
- Develop strategic relationships with key stakeholders (particularly C-Suite, and IT team) to understand a customer’s business and develop strategic roadmaps. Lead quarterly business reviews and executive sessions to better understand business and technical needs.
- Plan for customer events and launches, partnering with Support, Engineering, and SRE to ensure customer success during critical moments. Work with customers and Support to guide issues and escalations to resolution.
- Develop best practices and assets based on learnings from customer engagements to help support initiatives to scale through partners and accelerate cloud adoption.
