As CRM Director, you are responsible for excellence, enablement, and continuous improvement of projects. Among your responsibilities you can find:
- Act as Director and Leader of the respective technology and your team (20+ people);
- Act as Technology Lead on customer projects, always aiming to find cost-effective solutions to business challenges we may have;
- Act as Commercial Leader (you analyse the market to find new opportunities and you can help working on pitches when working with prospective clients together with our Commercial Team) or on upselling when working with existing clients (and our Account Team);
- Support customer presentations and other business development related activities around your designated technology;
- Reduce overall project technical risk by discovering design issues early in the project lifecycle, sharing implementation best practices, and recommending alternative solutions;
- You recommend cost-effective technology solutions for business challenges;
- You are a natural people leader and motivate your team caring of their aspirations, balancing resource management with client's needs. You promote personal and professional growth in your team, enhancing retention and satisfaction.
**Qualifications**
- 6/8+ years of experience as a team leader in an agency/consulting environment;
- University degree in computer science or related field;
- Extensive experience with multiples CRM solutions;
- Expertise in software architecture and technical design;
- Tolerant, open-minded, and able to discuss controversial issues;
- Strong personal initiative and willingness to learn;
- Enjoy working in an interdisciplinary team;
- Fluent in English.
