Per importante azienda di Segrate Milano di trasporti marittimi internazionali, ricerchiamo una figura con esperienza di Business Development Manager
- Scouting di opportunità commerciali sul territorio, con analisi ed apertura di nuovi canali;
- Effettuare un efficace benchmarking su nuovi servizi e studiare le soluzioni più appropriate per la migliore soddisfazione dei clienti;
- Gestire i prospect con relazioni sistematiche, costruttive ed efficaci, supportandoli pienamente nella fase di offering e nell'assistenza técnica, con preventiva analisi dei requisiti e dei fabbisogni;
- Mantenere con costanza - nel tempo - il rapporto con la clientela, attraverso un elevato livello di servizio e un'alta attenzione alla relazione;
Proporre periodicamente servizi e soluzioni complementari, al fine della migliore fidelizzazione;
- Predisporre l'appropriata reportistica periodica per monitorare ed analizzare la profittabilità della propria attività ed assicurare il rigoroso rispetto dei budget economici e finanziari;
- Altre attività previste dal ruolo.

Il profilo ideale possiede:

- Diploma tecnico e/o Laurea in discipline economiche, con ottimo curriculum studiorum;
- Consolidata esperienza di vendita técnica, maturata presso aziende specializzate nel settore Trasporti e Logistica preferibilmente via mare;
- Ottima conoscenza del mercato e delle logiche commerciali;
- Spirito imprenditoriale, desiderio di crescere professionalmente in piena sintonia con la crescita dell'azienda; forte orientamento al cliente e ai risultati;
- Leadership, motivazione, determinazione e forte spirito di iniziativa/proattività;
- Ottime competenze comunicative ed organizzative; flessibilità;
- Attitudine a lavorare per obiettivi, in tempi ridotti, sotto stress e in multitasking;
- Utilizzatore abituale di PC, pacchetto MS Office e CRM;
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese, parlata e scritta;
- Disponibilità a trasferte in Italia e all'estero;
Si richiede domicilio a Milano o provincia, o comunque in zone limitrofe all'Azienda.

Sede di lavoro: Segrate.

Inquadramento e retribuzione indicativi: contratto di lavoro subordinato a tempo indeterminato, full-time, con adeguato periodo di prova; retribuzione in linea con le competenze e le esperienze effettivamente maturate.
