Adecco ricerca per un’importante azienda operante nel settore del turismo crocieristico un Credit Management Specialist, che entrerà a far parte dell'AR & Credit Management Department, il Team che supporta l'AR & Credit Manager nei principali processi AR, come incasso, invecchiamento, riconciliazione dei conti e gestione dei voucher.

La persona entrerà a far parte del Team con la responsabilità di contribuire al processo AR-CM a livello di mercato, riportando al Market Coordinator.

RESPONSABILITÀ CHIAVE:

- Monitora e verifica il rispetto dei termini e delle condizioni di pagamento da parte delle agenzie di viaggio
- Concede la revisione periodica delle relazioni sull'invecchiamento
- Identifica e assegna le azioni di sollecito appropriate
- Garantisce una continua interazione e coordinamento con l'unità di vendita
- Assicura che i conti temporanei corrispondano alle entrate riscosse nel periodo di cui il Credit Accountant è direttamente responsabile
- Monitora e controlla i "bonus/over" concessi alle agenzie di viaggio, gestisce le scritture in coordinamento con Accounts Payables
- Partecipa a progetti finanziari in corso, supportando attività di test sotto la supervisione delle PMI
- Promuovere la cultura e i valori aziendali tra i dipendenti, facendo leva su relazioni positive con i leader dell'azienda per ottenere risultati ottimali

REQUISITI:

- Buona conoscenza dell’ambito finanziario, con una chiara comprensione della principale interazione tra moduli AR / CM, applicazioni bancarie e GL.
- Esperto in Excel, strumento chiave per l'analisi e la reportistica dei dati.
- Proattivo nell'anticipare potenziali problemi e nel proporre azioni di mitigazione. Sempre pronti a cogliere opportunità di valorizzazione dei processi.
- Fiducia sotto pressione e capacità di rispettare le scadenze con un certo grado di autonomia.
- Vero giocatore di squadra con eccellenti capacità relazionali e comunicative, aperto alla diversità e alle differenze culturali.
- Ottima conoscenza dell'inglese scritto e parlato

Verranno valutati come plus:

- Esperienza pregressa in aziende di medie e grandi dimensioni in almeno una delle seguenti aree: AR; Gestione del credito
- Conoscenza del sistema Oracle Finance Accounting
- Conoscenza del segmento turistico e dei relativi sistemi di prenotazione

Viene offerto un contratto a tempo determinato in somministrazione inizialmente di 6 mesi, con possibilità di proroga successiva.
