**Task e Responsabilità**
- Monitorare e gestire i ticket di assistenza nel sistema di ticketing aziendale, garantendo la documentazione completa delle interazioni con i clienti.
- Comunicare in modo efficace con gli altri reparti dell’azienda, al fine di garantire una corretta e completa gestione del cliente.
**Cosa Cerchiamo**:
- Laurea o diploma in un campo pertinente.
- Comprovata esperienza nel Customer Support
- Eccellenti capacità di comunicazione scritta e verbale in **italiano, inglese e tedesco**.
La conoscenza di altre lingue sarà considerata un plus.
- Capacità di risolvere i problemi in modo rapido ed efficace, dimostrando un elevato livello di problem-solving.
- Capacità di lavorare in un ambiente dinamico e multitasking.
- Orientamento al cliente e competenze interpersonali sviluppate.
- La conoscenza delle tecnologie SaaS e/o del settore dell’eCommerce sarà considerata un plus.
