Per la nostra sede di Milano siamo alla ricerca di una persona da inserire come PRODUCT MARKETING all’interno del **team Offering Value Added Services and Solutions **. La struttura ha come attività quella di garantire lo sviluppo del piano commerciale mediante la realizzazione di nuovi prodotti e/o servizi, curando l'intero processo dal concept fino al rilascio e alla difinizione del pricing.

**Ti occuperai di**
- **Supporto nelle attività operative di configurazione e testing sul CRM**
- Caricamento listini su CRM
- Configurazioni prodotti su CRM(es. lancio promo, modifiche configuratore etcc)
- Supporto nella stesura dei requisiti di sviluppo su CRM e realizzazione UAT
- Manutenzione e aggiornamento dei Report attivi in Urania secondo gli input dei vari uffici
- Focal Point per l’assistenza bug su CRM: raccogliere dai vari uffici (Vendite, BO ecc ) eventuali segnalazioni di malfunzionamento, verificare la problematica ed indirizzarla verso l’assistenza técnica
- **Attività di reportistica periodica e “on demand”**
- Predisposizione dashboard settimanale B2B e B2C/ mensile (estrazione, elaborazione sulla base di un format già predefinito a monte
- Predisposizione e invio mensile report installazioni e allacci al Broker
- Predisposizione di analisi numeriche “on demand”
- **Supporto ai PM nella predisposizione dei materiali per gli altri Uffici**
- Aggiornamento manualistica e procedure CRM
- Supporto negli aggiornamenti dei materiali di formazione (es. test su output learning hub)Supporto nella creazione e manutenzione dei template offerta/contratti/DEM B2B

E’ essenziale una più che buona conoscenza di Microsoft Excel e Power Point, capacità organizzative e di gestione del lavoro in autonomia, buona capacità relazionale, attitudine a lavorare in team e flessibilità di adattamento per coadiuvare all’occorrenza le altre attività della funzione.
