**Description**:
**onhunters **is looking for a **GENERAL MANAGER **to join an interesting project in **Lanzarote ( Spain)** for a one of largest international hotel groups with presence in more than thirty countries for their property a 5* hotel in Lanzarote the property is **MELIA PARADISUS SALINAS 5* (Lanzarote)**

**MISIÓN**: Es el responsable de gestionar la P&L y optimizar el funcionamiento de la operación de su hotel.

Es el responsable de la gestión de su Comité Ejecutivo y Operativo del hotel, velando por el cumplimiento de las políticas y

procedimientos de Meliá Hotels International, metas y objetivos establecidos por parte de Hotel Services.

**FUNCIONES**

**STRATEGY**

Cuenta con la visión de la Operación y de la Experiência del cliente

Tomar decisiones tácticas en base a la información económico - financiera o de otro tipo

Liderar el Business Review Elaboración Plan de Acción + Seguimiento.

Liderar las reuniones del Comité Ejecutivo de su hotel

Liderar las reuniones con el equipo operativo del hotel asegurando la excelencia operativa

Comunica cualquier oportunidad de crecimiento al nível superior.

Seguimiento continuo de la implantación y grado de consecución de la estrategia medioambiental.

Ejecutar el proceso de preaperturas y del cumplimiento de los plazos y costes de apertura comprometidos.

Apoyar al MD y se Involucra puntualmente en caso de ser requerida en la relación con los propietarios / Partners estratégicos.

Responsable del apartado de sostenibilidad a través de creación o seguimiento de check list mensual

Tiene poder de representación ante organismos oficiales

Tiene poder mancomunado de manejo de cuentas junto con el BP o Finance Business Partner de su hotel.

**OTHER DEPARTMENTS**

Es informado de cualquier incidencia técnica incluyendo las relacionadas con la continuidad de suministro

Conocer el Plan de Mantenimiento Preventivo d

Velar por el cumplimiento y el seguimiento de las auditorías.

**ECONOMIC FINANCIAL**

Siguiendo las pautas establecidas, es el máximo responsable del presupuesto de gasto e ingreso de su unidad de negocio, que

elabora junto a su Business Partner y resto del Comité Ejecutivo

Una vez realizado el proceso de cierre mensual, analiza junto al BP las desviaciones respecto a la proyección,

Participar en auditorías operativas

Solicitar al MD las inversiones operativas precisas

Identificar las necesidades comerciales del destino / centro de operaciones

Hace seguimiento del cumplimiento de los objetivos comerciales y de revenue fijados para su hotel

Definir e implantar, conjuntamente con el DOS de su zona, acciones de Ventas / Upselling que mejoren los ingresos, así como el

resultado financiero de los hoteles.

Participar en la definición del plan de acción para generar negocio.

Apoyar a los Sales Managers en las visitas de inspección.

**BRAND MANAGEMENT**

Se asegura y hace seguimiento de la correcta implantación de los estándares de imagen, producto y servicio en los hoteles del

Centro de Operaciones.

Velar por el cumplimiento de los objetivos de satisfacción al cliente,

Atención al cliente en el hotel,......

**F&B**

Supervisar la implantación de la estrategia, proyectos y herramientas de F&B en el CO / hotel y realiza seguimiento de los KPIs

asociados.

Supervisar la definición de conceptos locales que realiza el Executive Chef del CO / hotel.

**HR**

Gestionar los procesos CORE de RRHH de su equipo (Revisión Salarial, Retribución Variable, medición de Clima Laboral, Performance

Review, Necesidades Formativas, etc...).

Apoyar en la implantación los cambios organizativos de su centro s

Supervisar de manera continua el status de la plantilla de su hotel. Autoriza las necesidades extraordinarias de personal y/o puestos

de supervisión.

Máximo responsable de la inducción del equipo, con el soporte de HR y el jefe de Departamento. Participa activamente en la

inducción de los RM & EAM.

Responsable de la implantación, asistencia y seguimiento de minuta de los Meliá hablemos.

Autorizar todos los despidos de su hotel, una vez estudiado por el departamento laboral y cuantificado su coste. Sigue los

procedimientos marcados en RRLL en la ejecución de los mismos, realizados en primera persona y acompañado por HR* (cuando

solicitado).

Liderar y participar con los RLT.

Liderar y asegurar el cumplimiento de la política, los planes, programas y procedimientos del sistema de Gestión de Prevención

Es el Jefe de Emergencias del hotel a todos los níveles de seguridad laboral y responsabilidad con clientes.

**PROCUREMENT**

Colaborar en el proceso de Centralización de la Contratación de Servicios a nível Global mediante la ejecución de:

- Conocimiento de la Operación de los Servicios para una correcta Estandarización de estos.

Reportar los problemas significativos de incumplimiento de níveles de servicio

Identificar de Iniciativas de Optimización de cada Servi
