About Yida Business

Yida Business is a leading German FMCG company acquired by China Enterprises Group. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy General Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the General Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the company.
  • Contribute to the development of company policies and procedures, and ensure their effective implementation.
  • Collaborate with the sales, logistics, and finance departments to drive business growth and improve efficiency.
  • Develop and implement production plans, and oversee personnel arrangements and adjustments.
  • Maintain strong relationships with government departments and external suppliers.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the management team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher from a German university.
  • Professional background is not limited, but business or food-related majors are preferred.
  • Experience in sales or management in an FMCG company is highly valued.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in German, Chinese, and English.
  • High work efficiency, strong adaptability, and a responsible attitude.
