About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Hotel Operations Manager to join our team at Accor. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel, providing exceptional customer service, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of around 100 people to deliver exceptional customer experiences and maintain high standards of food, service, health, and safety.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with local clients and businesses to drive revenue growth and increase brand awareness.
  • Assist the General Manager in analyzing sales figures, controlling expenses, and making strategic decisions to drive business growth.
  • Ensure the hotel's profitability through revenue generation and cost control.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in hotel operations, preferably in a senior management role.
  • Proven track record of success in leading high-performing teams and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions and drive business growth.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
