**The Mission**:
The Category & Retail Development Manager plays a key role in L'Oréal Dermatological Beauty’s ambition to drive the growth of the dermocosmetic category in pharmacy by acting on multiple levers, from in-store expression to strategic pharmacist engagement programs such as Pharma Forward.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Creation of Category Strategy and trade story.
- Declining the Category Expression Pyramid and defining Key Category Drivers by cluster and POS type.
- Performing research and insights to define the best category management recommendations.
- Negotiation with clients, development and execution of Category Projects.
- Co-ordination with brand teams to define visibility and retail design projects and their execution.
- Prioritizing strategies for visibility battles for supplier Merch.
- Planning of Pharma Forward Workshops.
- Pharma Board Management.
