**Job description**
Title: Team Assistant/Office Manager
Location: Milan
As of: January 2025
**Activities**:
- Greet and welcome guests to our office;
- Direct clients and visitors to the appropriate person and office;
- Answer phones in a professional manner and screen and forward incoming phone calls;
- Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries;
- Update calendars and schedule meetings if necessary;
- Personal and Family assignments;
- Administrative tasks.
**Requirements**:
- Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in related field;
- Have good manners to relate with others;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Fluent in English is mandatory (absolutely);
- Fluent in German is a plus;
- Competency in Office tools;
- Good time management skills;
- Able to work in team.
**What we offer**:
A full time/part time role and a permanent contract
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Contract, Permanent
Pay: From €28.00 per month
Expected hours: No less than 32 per week
Work Location: In person
Expected Start Date: 07/01/2025
