**Fondazione Milano Cortina 2026** is the Organizing Committee for the Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games of 2026, carrying on the organization, promotion and communication of the sporting and cultural events related to the next Winter Games.

Milano Cortina 2026 will be the first large-scale Olympics in history: 9 Olympic venues, 21 provincial capitals, 2,300 municipalities directly involved, over an area of 22,000 square km.

The Milano Cortina 2026 Organizing Committee has been established in 2019 with the purpose of organizing Olympic and Paralympic Games in compliance with the Host City Contract signed jointly by the International Olympic Committee (IOC), the two cities of Milano and Cortina and the Italian National Olympic Committee (CONI).

Furthermore, the Italian Paralympic Committee, the Regions of Lombardy and Veneto, as well as the Autonomous Provinces of Trento and Bolzano/Bozen are all partners in this major national-level project, with the support of the Italian Government.

**Position**:
We are looking for **Workforce Accreditation Coordinator.**

The identified resource will be responsible for:

- Support planning and execution of the accreditation process for the Games Workforce for the Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games.
- Manage the end-to-end accreditation process for Workforce populations (Paid Staff, Volunteers, Contractors, Service Providers, and others).
- Responsible for engaging directly with internal and external stakeholders to secure an efficient communication channel.
- Ensure efficient and timely accreditation processes and services are available and implemented at the UAC and other central accreditation locations.
- Support the Workforce Accreditation Senior Manager in planning, engagement, and operations.
- Identify, register, and issue accreditation to Games Workforce (paid staff, volunteers, contractors, service providers, security, and other identified populations).
- Development and implementation of accreditation policies and procedures pertinent to the Games Workforce populations. With MC2026 FAs, determine access entitlements based on role and function, ensuring consistency and equity. Establish a validation and sign off process with FAs.
- Direct and manage the Workforce Specialists and their teams.
- Liaise with the relevant Responsible Organisations and enforce processes for Games Workforce, for example timelines for data submission and accreditation collection.
- Coordinate the accreditation process across the Workforce dedicated venues.
- Plan and implement issue resolution procedures.
- Support the accreditation system configuration and testing as required, for example building the accreditation entitlements matrix.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience at a coordinator level in at least one other global multi-sport event.
- Proven project, risk and business management skills, and a working knowledge of project management tools.
- Proven ability to influence decision-makers and successfully facilitate joint decision-making.
- Proven ability to manage a multi-layered project independently and take ownership of operations and procedures.
- Strong ability to build and maintain working relationships with other departments.
- Ability to operate in a dynamic working environment, handling multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Ability to manage high workload via effective time management and use of resources.
- Highly numerate, good IT (Information Technology) skills, detail-conscious and well-organised.
- Italian, English (full professional proficiency).
- Strong presentation and public speaking skills.
- Ability to work in large teams, flexibility and adaptability.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
- Knowledge of accreditation systems, database management.
