**Digital Sales and Merchandising Manager**:
Analisi delle performance di vendita ed individuazione di insights commerciali (vendite, margini, AOV, product mix, promozioni, stock, google keyword trends etc);
Definizione del calendario commerciale ed editoriale del sito per garantire un alto livello di engagement e dinamismo commerciale;
Analisi del comportamento di navigazione sul sito e miglioramento continuo della shopping experience attraverso l’ottimizzazione degli strumenti di digital merchandising, tra cui: rankings di prodotto, product recommendation, product bundles e landing pages;
Supervisione della produzione dei contenuti per il sito (shooting di prodotto, contenuti SEO, story telling);
**Gestione dell’assortimento del sito**: monitoraggio dei livelli di stock per cluster di prodotto, valutazione di iniziative specifiche per l’ecommerce (ampiezza assortimento, promozioni specifiche etc);
Analisi e monitoraggio delle attività dei competitors, tra cui iniziative promozionali e features di navigazione;
Garantire un alto livello di coordinamento con i principali stakeholder interni (principalmente Marketing, Offerta, Finance, Planning e SEO) ed esterni;
Gestione di un team di tre persone;
**Requisiti**:
Laurea in Economia o similari;
Almeno 5 anni di esperienza all’interno di realtà ecommerce e/o retail strutturate ed internazionali;
Forte sensibilità commerciale, attenzione ai numeri di vendita e capacità di pianificazione;
Ottime doti comunicative, di leadership e di negoziazione;
Forte capacità di analisi numerica dei KPI e di presentazione dei risultati;
Buona conoscenza di SFCC, Content Square e Google Analytics;
Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese, sia parlata che scritta.
