**Isola dei Tesori** è un importante e riconosciuto retailer di pet center specializzati in prodotti per animali da compagnia, in grado di offrire un’esperienza di shopping completa per gli amanti dei pet, con il miglior assortimento di alimenti, accessori, prodotti per l’igiene e la bellezza dedicati alle specifiche esigenze dei nostri amici a quattro zampe.

Presenti sia con lo shop online che con una rete commerciale in continua crescita, che oggi conta più di 300 punti vendita tra negozi di proprietà e affiliati, distribuiti su 17 regioni d’Italia.

L’esperienza in negozio è resa ancora più ricca e completa grazie a reparti specializzati, che nell’ambito della strategia “one stop shop” de L’isola dei Tesori, forniscono al cliente servizi di toelettatura, di acquariologia, di lavanderia e anche le cliniche veterinarie doctorVet. I centri veterinari doctorVet offrono servizi specializzati per la prevenzione, diagnosi e cura degli animali.

Per supportare l’implementazione della strategia “one stop shop” e lo sviluppo del brand e del modello doctorVet sul territorio, stiamo cercando la figura del/della:
**MARKETING MANAGER**:
**Main responsibilities**:

- Sviluppare e fidelizzare il parco clienti delle strutture, effettuando le dovute analisi e valutazioni sull’andamento dei clienti;
- Utilizzare le leve di CRM per le azioni di sviluppo e retention;
- Supportare il Pet Services Manager nel perseguimento degli obiettivi di ricavi e redditività delle cliniche veterinarie;
- Coordinare le attività operative di start up delle nuove strutture veterinarie nell’ambito del gruppo di lavoro interfunzionale dedicato alla progettazione e realizzazione;
- Effettuare analisi e valutazioni di potenziale delle possibili nuove locations;
- Supportare il Direttore Sanitario nella definizione dell’offerta delle prestazioni e del listino, nell’implementazione dei piani salute, nello sviluppo ed erogazione del piano di formazione del personale.
- Laurea, preferibilmente in discipline economiche ad indirizzo aziendale/marketing;
- Qualificata esperienza di marketing in ambito di product management all’interno di aziende marketing oriented del largo consumo/ FMCG; retail ecc.
- L’esperienza diretta in project management e/o in ambito start up costituisce titolo preferenziale;
- Solida base di marketing fundamentals;
- Dimestichezza/attitudine con economics;
- Predisposizione al lavoro di team.
