**Marelli Aftermarket is looking for a Purchasing Strategy & Indirect Materials Manager to join the Purchasing Team. She/he will report directly to the Head of Purchasing of the Division.**

**Responsibilities**:
Accounting activities
- Invoices and all kind of credit and debit notes issuing (manually or file creation for massive upload in Sap) according to the tax requirements
- Massive invoicing flow checking, included completed flow to SDI
- Problem solution with direct relationship with ICT
- Accounting booking
- Accruals management
- Interface with general accounting and external service providers
- Accessing and interfacing with customer’s or provider’s digital platforms
- Providing documents and all supports to the External Auditors

Business activities
- Customer master data management
- Customer credit limit monitoring
- Bonuses and commissions calculation
- Sales orders inputting, modifying or releasing for authorization
- Support on profitability analysis, reporting and forecasting
- Creation of reports and presentations for internal use
- Constant updating of operating procedures
- Participation to cross-functional projects

**Required skills and qualifications**:

- Degree in Economics or Accounting diploma with post graduate professionalizing course
- Experience in Sales administration and accounting in a Commercial company preferably within an international context
- Languages: Italian and English, French as a plus
- Soft Skills: goal orientation, analytical, organizational skills, initiative and proactivity, aptitude to work for deadlines, ability to relate to other people, critical spirit, curiosity, mental flexibility
- Technical skills: accounting knowledge; knowledge and daily use of SAP (SD and FI modules) and of the Office package (particularly Excel)

The role is eligible for smart working, according to Company’s dedicated policy.
