L’azienda, che già commercializza in Italia, sta aprendo oggi il suo magazzino tra Mantova e Verona per poter servire direttamente e tempestivamente il mercato.**Il Ruolo**:
Il ruolo di Warehouse Manager è il punto di riferimento aziendale in l’Italia, sia verso la casamadre in Germania che verso il personale in loco. Il Warehouse Manager avrà piena responsabilità sul magazzino e sul personale, organizzandone il lavoro e supportandolo nelle attività quotidiane.
Principali responsabilità:
- Organizzazione operativa del lavoro del magazzino e gestione di tutte le procedure di magazzino (classificare la merce in entrata, stoccaggio delle merci e degli imballaggi etc.)
- Responsabilità del carico merce al fine del rispetto delle norme di sicurezza
- Gestione di tutto il personale magazzino (valutazioni, buste paga, riunioni interne con il personale etc.)
- Selezione e assunzione del personale del magazzino
- Persona di riferimento per la casamadre
- Persona di riferimento per le spedizioni, i fornitori e i clienti
- Disponibilità a svolgere attività di magazzino (ad esempio composizioni ordini o la guida di carrelli industriali)
**I Requisiti**:
- Pluriennale esperienza pregressa in ambito logística e magazzino
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese
- Patente per il muletto
- Conoscenze delle norme di sicurezza sul lavoro, sul carico merce, protezione ambientale e diritti del lavoro
- Conoscenze di strumenti informatici dei sistemi gestione magazzino (sistema SAP)
- Conoscenza pacchetto "MS Office"
- Diploma scuole medie superiori
- Disponibilità a viaggiare
- Persona pratica e proattiva
- Team leader responsabile, capace di guidare il team in modo assertivo
