As an
**HR Controller** you will support the EMEA LATAM HR Director on the labor cost side by monitoring the personnel cost and relevant KPIs to evaluate performance by comparing forecast and actual data and to support in the HR action plan definition, dealing with a high level of complexity

In this role, you will:

- Support the EMEA - LATAM HR Director in coordinating the Labour Cost Planning process:

- collecting and consolidating data (HR inputs and assumptions) from local HR Managers / HR Business Partners
- preparing reports in order to allow consistent analysis at Region level
- identifying opportunities of improvement
- Ensure the accuracy of HR systems data and perform monthly monitoring of the main HR trends (Sales People Productivity, Attrition, HC Evolution, Holidays usage,) impacting on HR costs
- Support EMEA - LATAM in managing the HR Budget (training cost, suppliers cost,) ensuring the costs stay in control
- Support EMEA - LATAM in Business Case definition (store opening, store closure,)
- Management of the specific tool for the personnel cost interfacing with IT and Corporate Labour Cost functions; ensure continuous improvement of reporting tools

- Good knowledge of budgeting process and reporting techniques
- Time and process management abilities
- Knowledge of key business analysis tools (MS Excel, SAP )
- Good knowledge of Retail Business
- Ability to work under deadline pressure
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Italian and English
- Minimum experience of 3 years
