Il nostro obiettivo è dare valore aggiunto e differenziazione a rivenditori e proprietari di marchi. Sviluppiamo ogni progetto curando l'intero processo, dalla realizzazione, campionatura, produzione al controllo qualità e alla consegna finale.

Siamo alla ricerca di un Project Management Specialist che si occuperà principalmente delle seguenti attività:

- Analisi ed interpretazione brief commerciale;
- Definizione dei dettagli necessari per lo sviluppo del progetto;
- Selezione dei fornitori da coinvolgere confrontandosi con gli esperti in materia presenti in azienda;
- Raccolta e verifica di informazioni ricevute dai fornitori (costi, tempi, documenti tecnici come disegni, art-work, documenti di conformità alle regolamentazioni europee, parametri qualitativi, condizioni di pagamento), contrattazione e successiva archiviazione documentazione;
- Rielaborazione delle informazioni raccolte (creazione schede costi, GANTT, campionature con eventuali range-board difettosità, render in collaborazione con l’ufficio grafico);
- Formalizzazione delle informazioni approvate all’ufficio acquisti per emissione ordini di lancio e relativa codifica articolo;
- Controllo del rispetto degli accordi presi con i fornitori con il supporto dei reparti aziendali coinvolti;
- Rinegoziazione in caso di non conformità della prima produzione.

Si richiede
- Diploma e/o Laurea in ambito commerciale/economico/linguistico;
- Conoscenza del pacchetto Office, in particolare Excel;
- Buona attitudine alla gestione dei numeri;
- Capacità di gestire mole elevata di informazioni e vari progetti simultaneamente;
- Ottime doti organizzative e gestione dello stress;
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese;
- Precedente esperienza nel settore beauty/cosmetico.

La sede di lavoro è Gessate (Milano). Necessario essere automuniti.
