- Hai maturato esperienza nella mansione in altri studi legali o società di consulenza?
- Parli/scrivi fluentemente inglese e conosci bene Microsoft Office (in particolare formattazione documenti e mark-up)?
- Ti piace lavorare in team e sei alla ricerca di un’occupazione che ti consenta di avere flessibilità oraria?

**Le responsabilità della figura**

Ti occuperai di supportare il socio e i professionisti in tutte le attività di loro competenza, sia con riferimento agli aspetti inerenti i clienti e relativi rapporti, sia con riferimento alle attività “interne”, e così in particolare:

- **Gestione a tutto tondo degli impegni del socio di riferimento **anche mediante contatto diretto con i clienti e/o altri interlocutori, monitoraggio, aggiornamento e puntuale compilazione dell’agenda informatica;
- **Gestione delle telefonate** tramite tempestiva presa in carico delle stesse;
- Organizzazione e gestione delle **riunioni** (siano esse fisiche o virtuali), compresa la preparazione del relativo materiale, prenotazione della sala riunione;
- Organizzazione e gestione a tutto tondo delle **trasferte**;
- Attività di **archiviazione** sia informatica che cartacea di tutta la documentazione inerente le pratiche;
- **Inserimento delle ore lavorate** (time-sheet) e dei **carichi di lavoro** dei professionisti secondo le scadenze di volta in volta previste dalle policy di BonelliErede e/o tempestivo sollecito ai propri professionisti perché vi provvedano personalmente (sempre secondo le scadenze di cui sopra);
- Attività di **parcellazione **e chiusura della pratica a sistema;
- Raccolta, riordino, preparazione e gestione a tutto tondo delle note spese del professionista.

**Il nostro iter di selezione**
- Primo colloquio tecnico - conoscitivo _(durata 45 min)_ con Manager di riferimento;
- Un possibile test di inglese _(durata 90 min)_ composto da una parte di grammar, speaking, writing e listening ed un colloquio attitudinale-motivazionale _(durata 45 min)_ con HR;
- Colloquio finale con Socio di riferimento _(durata 45 - 60 min);_
- Eventuale offerta o riscontro in caso di esito negativo.
