The Data Appeal Company is a highly technological company that transforms geospatial, sentiment and market data into useful and valuable information, making it simple and accessible for everyone. A dynamic and rapidly expanding reality, part of the **Almawave group**.

To support this growth, we are looking for a **Customer Success Specialist** to join the existing Customer Success team.

**Job Overview**

The mission of the Customer Success Specialist is to become a strategic reference point for the company's customers by ensuring that they possess the correct product knowledge and the necessary support to achieve their commercial objectives with The Data Appeal Company's products and solutions. The responsibilities of this role include guiding and educating users to the correct and functional use of the products to ensure the company has a solid base of loyal customers. You will be responsible for supporting customers during their initial training, later in product adoption and for managing their support requests.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Follow customer onboarding and product training
- Execute and follow planned actions on customers to ensure that they use the product and understand its value
- Respond promptly to customer support requests in with the Tech Team if necessary
- Provide support for the transition of prospects into active users, often acting as an intermediary with other departments within the company, such as Sales and Product/ Tech teams

**Qualifications**
- At least 1 or 2 years of experience as a Customer Support Specialist or other similar CS role
- Knowledge of how a CRM or other ticketing systems work (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Multi-tasking skills
- Excellent knowledge of the English language (any other language is a plus)
- Experience in Saas companies is a plus
