Role Description

This is a full-time remote Sales Representative role requiring a proactive approach to identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities. The Sales Representative will execute a sales strategy aimed at achieving revenue and growth targets, manage existing customer base, and build lasting customer relationships. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for managing and prioritizing your own workload, interacting on a regular basis with the sales team, and providing feedback on your region.

**Qualifications**:

- Native Portuguese speaker, Fluent in English
- Proven track record in sales
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain lasting customer relationships
- Experience in analyzing market trends and consumer insights
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Experience in the cosmetics industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
