**Principali attività/responsabilità**
- Gestione documentazione del sistema qualità aziendale
- Valutare l'esistente impianto di monitoraggio e valutazione qualitativo aziendale verificandone la coerenza con gli obiettivi strategici aziendali
- Tradurre obiettivi di miglioramento in modalità operative e parametri di misurazione qualitativa (KPI)
- Valutare efficienza ed efficacia delle procedure e modalità di lavoro adottate in rapporto agli obiettivi operativi definiti
- Effettuare training interni per le principali procedure aggiornate
- Assicurare pianificazione e effettuazione audit interni
- Coordinare audit enti certificatori e coordinare rapporti con ente di certificazione
- Coordinare con Customer quality audit cliente ed eventuali azioni di sistema
- Trasversalizzazione delle best practice aziendali in tutte le filiali
- Monitorare e coordinare azioni di audit precedenti

Siamo alla ricerca di un **Assistente sistema qualità.**

La risorsa dovrà occuparsi, in collaborazione con il Quality Manager, di sviluppare ed implementare modifiche al sistema qualità aziendale IATF 16949 funzionali all'attuazione degli obiettivi strategici d'impresa, definendo la relativa architettura informativa e promuovendo il miglioramento continuo. Successivamente dovrà manutenere il sistema attraverso monitoraggio periodico dei fabbisogni aziendali (KPI).

**Conoscenze/Competenze**
- Principi di organizzazione aziendale: processi, ruoli e funzioni.
- I principali processi produttivi aziendali.
- Principali riferimenti legislativi e normativi in materia di ISO 9001e IATF16949 edizione corrente
- Qualifica di auditor di parte prima e seconda per valutatori di sistemi aziendali (preferenziale)
- Metodologie operative per il monitoraggio della qualità ed il trattamento delle non conformità (probem solving)
- I sistemi di certificazione e gli organismi nazionali e internazionali deputati alla certificazione di sistema e di prodotto.
- Preferenziale: conoscenza SAP
