Manutentore - Hotel Cipriani

Ricerchiamo, da inizio 2023 un Manutentore per il nostro iconico Hotel Cipriani che, con passione per l’ospitalità, cura del dettaglio, laboriosità, intraprendenza e spirito collaborativo possa entrare a far parte del nostro reparto manutenzione.
La figura risponde al Capo Manutentore dell’Hotel.
Principali compiti;
- Interventi di manutenzione ordinaria dell’hotel ed eseguire quanto richiesto per quella straordinaria insieme al Capo Manutentore;
- Lavorare in sintonia con i colleghi, sia del reparto come anche del resto dell'albergo;
- Collaborare con tutti i reparti per le attività di manutenzione nelle camere, ristoranti, negli spazi comuni e in tutte le altre zone dell'hotel;
- Occuparsi delle verifiche di funzionamento, manutenzione, inventari, ripristini ecc. dei macchinari presenti in hotel;
- Segnalare al Capo Manutentore tutte le situazioni di eventuale pericolo con proposte risolutive;
- Intrattenere rapporti cordiali ed efficienti con le ditte esterne per particolari interventi di manutenzione e cura dell'Hotel;
- Partecipare alle riunioni di reparto collaborando e dimostrando spirito di squadra.
**Requirements**:
- Esperienza nella mansione di manutentore di hotel 5* lusso, preferibilmente con diploma di Elettricista;
- Conoscenza dell’inglese e dei principali sistemi informatici;
- Conoscenza delle norme e procedure di sicurezza per ospiti e dipendenti;
- Ottime capacità relazionali e di lavoro di squadra;
- Integrità e massima serietà.
