Per Hera Comm, società di vendita di energia elettrica e gas naturale del Gruppo Hera, siamo alla ricerca di una figura di Specialista in ambito Customer Value Management da inserire nella nostra sede di Rimini.
**Cosa farai**
- Gestione e Coordinamento richieste Post Sales area Prodotti e Vas O area Commodity (gas naturale, energia elettrica, servizio idrico, servizi ambientali) e relative attività propedeutiche a contenere/anticipare eventuali problemi sui clienti;
- Istruttorie tramite coordinamento con altre strutture e nel rispetto delle normative di settore; Rapporti con i fornitori, controllo qualità e feedback per il miglioramento.
**Chi sei**
- Sei in possesso di una Laurea in discipline economiche o giuridiche o umanistiche o ingegneria gestionale;
- Possiedi preferibilmente un'esperienza preesistente nella gestione di Partner / Fornitori specializzati in installazione e collaudo prodotti (es. fotovoltaico, caldaie, pdc, clima, ect.);
- Sei disponibile alla mobilità territoriale; Hai un'ottima familiarità con la suite Office 365.
