The Human Technopole Foundation (HT) is a new interdisciplinary research institute, created and supported by the Italian government, whose aim is to develop innovative strategies to promote human health and healthy aging through a multidisciplinary and integrated approach, combining genomics, computational biology, structural biology, neuroscience and health data science. HT scientists work together to enable interdisciplinary research and to create an open, collaborative environment to help promote life science research nationally and internationally. In line with its mission to serve the research community at large, HT operates National Facilities, specifically aimed at making HT’s technologies, methods and tools available to the national scientific community.

HT is looking for a highly experienced **Special Operations** **Programme and Project Manager**.

**Main tasks and responsibilities**:

- Ensure the efficient and timely conduction and completion of the programme and related projects;
- Plan, organize and monitor all activities and tasks necessary for the achievement of the programme and project goals;
- Lead a team composed of members of internal offices, external providers and consultants to grant the achievement of the programme and projects goals;
- Ensure cost efficiency in accordance with the approved budget;
- Monitor progresses and provide timely, transparent operational and financial reporting.

**Mandatory requirements**
- Master’s degree (Laurea Magistrale) or equivalent;
- Minimum 15 years experience, covering top management responsibility positions within complex organizations and/or as programme or project manager;
- Relevant experience within the Italian public sector (public procurement of labor, goods and services regulation);
- Significant work experience gained in the construction and development of complex infrastructures;
- Fluency in Italian and English, both oral and written.

**Preferential skills**
- Experience in the functioning of scientific research organizations;
- Experience working in international and multicultural environments.

- Strong analytical and critical strategic thinking;
- Excellent adaptability and problem solving;
- Proven negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills.
