Per la Divisione, specializzata nell’**offerta di servizi alle imprese** per una corretta **mitigazione dei Rischi** Strategici e Reputazionali, Regolamentari, Finanziari e Operativi ed in particolare nell’Area **DIGITAL CONTROLS **ci ha incaricati di ricercare il seguente profilo professionale:
**BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR**

**DIGITAL CONTROLS & TRANSFORMATION SERVICES**

**Posizione**:
ll / la Candidato / a ideale avrà l’obiettivo di sviluppare il proprio mercato proponendo **Servizi **relativi a tematiche **di Trasformazione Digitale **(in particolare **progetti **governati dalle **direzioni ICT &** **DIGITAL **delle **aziende clienti**) in **ambito Manufacturing, Consumer e Energy&Utilities**.

**Requisiti**:

- Laurea in Ingegneria, Economia o in discipline tecnico/scientifiche;
- Esperienza di almeno 8/10 anni maturata in Società di Consulenza nazionali o internazionali;
- Consolidato portafoglio di relazioni in aziende italiane, sia di grandi che di medie dimensioni in tutti i settori, in particolare Enterprise;
- Capacità di cogliere opportunità di mercato e supportare le attività di pre-vendita;
- La conoscenza di soluzioni tecnologiche e preferibilmente relazioni consolidate con i principali sw vendors costituiscono requisiti particolarmente graditi e di valore;
- Fluente conoscenza della lingua inglese.

Completano il profilo eccellenti capacità di comunicazione e di relazione interpersonale, capacità di lavorare in team multi-location, elevate capacità analitiche, precisione, autonomia organizzativa e spiccato orientamento al raggiungimento dei risultati.

Disponibilità ad effettuare trasferte nazionale ed interesse a partecipare a progetti internazionali.
