- WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:
In Europe, Hoffman has a competitive position in the industrial and commercial building market. Our product offering is best explained as “a comprehensive range of standard products and accessories, with modification possibilities through Express Customization and Advanced Customization”. Some 80% of our sales in any of our home markets go to wholesalers and panel builders. This role is home office based and part of the work will require meetings with customers in the field, estimated to around 3-4 days/week.

You will be responsible for:- Secure Sales development- Own your portfolio meaning that prospects and customers are accurately segmented (Type of Buyer, Customer Group and Vertical) so that Marketing Communications can provide relevant communication materials- Make sure these customer groups are happy with the service provided so that they work with us when your demand creation has been successful. This includes crafting demand with machine builders and system integrators and getting specified by end-users- Ensure positive relationships with channel partners in your region, by coordinating joint visits and customer product training.- Use CRM every day, while making sure that the activities, the sales funnel and the customer platform are recorded- Share improvement opportunities when it comes to the product portfolio, sales tools, etc. with the Sales Manager.
- YOU HAVE:
- You speak and write fluently Italian and English,-
- Basic understanding of the electrical enclosures and the language of channel partners, panel builders, and machine builders-
- You are invested in ensuring phenomenal customer experience and prove to have strong negotiating skills, to turn prospects into customers- A current and valid driver’s license required.
