Customer Service Advisor

We are looking for an advisor to join our team focused on taking care of financial and bank credit management activities as well as customer care services to support a leading car manufacturer’s sales network, our customer.
The customer care advisor we are recruiting will take care of customer management in order to:
process assistance requests, guarantee problems resolution and contribute to customer satisfaction improvement index;
manage requests from the sales network on credit analysis and financing practices assessment and processing.
**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Provide front line support for customers, managing requests and providing helpful information about existing loan agreement, to ensure that customers are satisfied;
- Manage complaints to proactively advise and consult, ensuring and maintaining customer satisfaction;
- Collect and analyze customer needs with a view to continuous improvement of the offered service;
- Manage relations with all internal structures for the resolution of complex problems;
In future perspectives they could give support to the rest of the team dedicated to credit risk activities, with the following duties:
- Assess creditworthiness;
- Manage document verification service;
- Verify the compliance and documentation of financing contract requests;
- Contact the sales network when documents integration is needed;
- Manage all the sales network’s requests on document clarification and integration;
- Manage contract’s settlement;
- Manage contract’s review and verification (updating of personal data and contracts).
**Requirements**:
- High School Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Economics;
- At least 1 years’ experience in similar role;
- Strong relational and organizational attitudes for an effective relationship with customers;
- Teamwork;
- Accuracy and compliance;
- Initiative and independence;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Interpersonal skills;
- High level of computer literacy, especially MS Office;
- Language’s skills: Italian, English.
