As a Sales Person, you'll have the opportunity to work with companies and organizations from the European innovation ecosystem to craft unique experiences in inspiring nature locations. **What we’re looking for**
- You are an organized and structured individual
- You deeply care about bringing people together and enjoy intense communication
- Strong listening skills, able to connect with clients on a deep level to truly understand and respond to their needs.
- You work independently and make your own decisions
- You have experience in B2B sales, with a background in tourism, consulting, HR, or event production industries preferred.
- You are Tech-savvy and enjoy using state-of-the-art productivity tools, AI tools and CRM systems
- You really want to grow personally, together with other people
- Excellent English. Other european languages are a plus

**What will be your main tasks and responsibilities**
- Forge meaningful relationships with B2B clients by truly listening to and understanding their needs.
- Interact with hotel partners and other suppliers such as tour operators, coaches, trainers, yoga instructors, etc.
- Engaging in communication with fast responsiveness during daily business
- Building client’s trust and motivation with outstanding sales presentations, proposals, and materials.
- Maintain meticulous CRM records of sales activities.
- Collaborating with the event management team to bring events to life.
- Serve as a trusted source of product information for our clients.
- Constantly improve product knowledge and stay updated on industry trends.
