**INTERNATIONAL SALES BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER**

Responsabilità:_**
- Pianificare ed implementare di strategie di vendita orientate ad acquisire nuovi rivenditori e OEM
- Essere il referente di vendita e di fiducia per gli OEM partner e rivenditori delle soluzioni software sviluppate dall’azienda.
- Definire e sviluppare il mercato di riferimento, creando nuove collaborazioni con OEM e rivenditori
- Esplorare e aprire nuovi mercati, guidando cicli di vendita complessi sia a livello tecnico che di vendita
- Fare presentazioni tecniche e commerciali delle soluzioni software proposte, sia via web che in presenza
- Gestire più offerte contemporaneamente
- Qualificare e prevedere la redditività dei progetti della Pipeline Commerciale
- Demo presso clienti, sia web che in presenza
- Apprendere e comprendere le soluzioni software, le architetture e le specifiche dell'intera linea di prodotti pertinenti
- Mantenere la conoscenza della linea di prodotti chiave della concorrenza
- Analizzare il mercato per identificare le esigenze dei clienti e segnalare e cogliere eventuali nuove opportunità
- Raggiungere e, possibilmente, superare gli obiettivi di vendita assegnati

Requisiti:_**
- Almeno 3/4 anni di esperienza e di risultati positivi di vendita di successo nel settore della lamiera, di software House che rivendono soluzioni ERP di medio alta complessità preferibilmente, e/o di macchine a controllo numerico, oppure, in alternativa sorgenti laser e/o generatori al plasma
- Familiarità con applicazioni di tipo CAD e CAD/CAM in sede
- Ottima conoscenza dell'italiano e dell'inglese sia scritto che parlato, ulteriore conoscenza di altre lingue estere tra francese, spagnolo e/o tedesco costituiscono un plus
- Rilevante esperienza di vendita negli ultimi anni nel mercato CAD/CAM, software house che realizzano e commercializzano ERP e/o nel mercato del controllo numerico
- Eccellenti capacità di comunicazione orale e scritta che garantiscano elevate e consistenti capacità di vendita e presentazione técnica sia di persona che tramite riunione telefonica/webcall
- Disponibile per viaggi internazionali (in media 40/45% del tempo complessivo)
- Capacità estese di problem solving, mentalità aperta, atteggiamento vincente e intraprendente, orientamento agli obiettivi, preciso e organizzato, elevata capacità di ascolto, completano le caratteristiche ideali del profilo ricercato

Sede di lavoro di riferimento: basso Piemonte, 45 minuti da Torino, con possibilità di lavoro in modalità ibrida
