Our office in Via Bigli is the heartbeat of Off White where Virgil’s creative and inspirational input is seen throughout the space. Bigli is the community of the Off White Style, Graphic, Marketing and Product teams and is inclusive and disruptive as per definition of the brand Off White

THE ROLE

Off-White is looking for a Personal Assistance and Backoffice Intern that, reporting to the Off-White VP Merchandising, will deepen his/her organizational skills through this path.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Calendar management, arrangement of meetings with internal and external stakeholders
- Support the Off-White VP Merchandising with expense reports
- Liaise with the travel agency for travel booking and travel management
- Involvement in the elaboration of reports and presentations in order to monitor and enhance the projects follow up.

WHO YOU ARE
- Bachelor’s degree
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work well under pressure
- Highly organized, flexible with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced everchanging environment
- Excellent knowledge and use of Microsoft Office - Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Fluent in English and Italian, written and spoken
