**About the role**:
Morningstar Milan is seeking a Facilities & Generalist/Office Manager, responsible for ensuring efficient office operations. The Facilities & Generalist/Office Manager will deliver world class service to internal functions, office visitors and our valued clients and suppliers.

**Job responsibilities**:

- Manage the relationship with the cleaning company, landlord and building maintenance
- Manage meals vouchers
- Manage attendance sheet and HR portal (payroll specialist)
- Manage INPS portal - employees sickness certificates
- Execute policies such as health, safety, and disaster recovery
- Ensure Office supplies are at hand for local employees
- Stay up to date with invoices from suppliers for accounting purposes
- Collection of postal mail to be distributed to colleagues.
- To organize business trips colleagues coming from other countries
- Arrange catering for local events
- To manage corporate cars and mobiles for eligible employees
- Concur expenses
- to ensure all receipts are being uploaded and employees are receiving reimbursements accordingly

**Qualifications**:
Fluent in English

Bachelor's degree and 3 years of experience in Facilities/Office management and the above areas (or high school diploma and at least 6 years of experience)
Successful people management experience.
Ability to demonstrate exceptional organisational skills relating to complex situations.
Experience managing budgets and reporting to senior management on a regular basis
Excellent written and oral communication skills in Italian and English with a proven track record of networking, building, and maintaining strategic working relationships.
Knowledge and experience in implementing and maintaining health and safety policies and
compliance in a corporate environment.

**Nice to have**:
Competences/experience in one or more of the below topic:
IT, Marketing, People & Culture, Finance, Sales, Legal or CSM.
