Per azienda leader nella progettazione, realizzazione e gestione di infrastrutture e impianti complessi siamo alla ricerca di un:
**Project Quality Manager - Offshore**

**La figura seguirà le seguenti attività**:

- Implementare i sistemi di qualità, tramite la gestione e il coordinamento di ogni processo aziendale;
- Pianificare e implementare le attività di Project Quality Management System (PQMS) all'interno del progetto;
- Valutare i processi aziendali al fine di assicurare che tutto rispetti gli standard di qualità;
- Pianificare e garantire l'implementazione delle attività di controllo qualità (QC) del progetto;
- Riferire al responsabile della qualità del progetto di costruzione offshore informazioni in linea con le linee guida aziendali;
- Agire come punto focale per le questioni relative alla qualità all'interno del progetto;
- Gestire il team di controllo qualità;
- Elaborare la documentazione necessaria per la conduzione degli audit interni de esterni sulla qualità aziendale.

**Requisiti**:

- Laurea in Ingegneria;
- Esperienza pregressa in posizioni di gestione della qualità in progetti energetici internazionali;
- Conoscenza degli standard internazionali quali ASTM, ASME, DNV, API, EN, ISO;
- Esperienza di lavoro in team multiculturali;
- Conoscenza della serie di norme ISO 9000;
- Essere in possesso della certificazione di lead auditor ISO 9001: 2015;
- Conoscenza degli strumenti di analisi di qualità (5WHY, Fishboane Diagram, Tap Root);
- Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Office;
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese;
- Completano il profilo ottime doti relazionali, organizzative e di problem solving. È richiesta una forte capacità di adattarsi a nuovi contesti lavorativi.
