**Office and Administration Specialist**

**WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW**
- **Company combining robotics with additive manufacturing technology**:

- **Young international company**:

- **Full time role, with Smart Working**

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Managing the incoming calls
- Mail Handling and Sorting
- Managing travels
- Managing the infrastructural practices (Enel, Tari, Bins, Landfills, Anti Theft System, keys etc...)
- Facility management (housekeeping coordination, controlling the former office supplies such as groceries and utilities)
- Incoming customers acceptance practices
- Drafting and updating facility procedures (e.g. Code of Ethics..)
- Supporting Compilation of Personal Data Notices
- Supporting office duties
- Supporting HR Department

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- High school diploma or Bachelor
- Good level of English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office

**ABOUT YOU**
- Strong organizational skills, self-management and time-management
- Ability to communicate and present effectively
- Flexible, with ability do adjust multitasking
