Administration Specialist Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Administration Specialist to join our team at 3Ecruit. As a key member of our administrative operations, you will be responsible for handling routine accounting tasks, supporting the entire invoicing cycle, and maintaining meticulous records of annual and infra-annual documentation.

Your responsibilities will also include crucial support for shareholder reporting activities and various administrative tasks. With a keen eye for detail, you will play a pivotal role in managing the company's administration, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ordinary accounting management
  • Preparing, organizing, and verifying administrative documents
  • Management of active and passive invoicing cycle
  • Supporting the preparation of financial reports and administrative documents

Ideal Background:

We are looking for a candidate with a diploma or degree in Accounting/Economics or equivalent. Previous experience in a similar role is preferable, but junior profiles will also be positively evaluated. Italian Language proficiency is required, and good knowledge of English Language (B2 level) is necessary. Advanced Knowledge of MS Office package (particularly Excel and Power Point) is also required. Analytical approach and passion to work with numbers are essential. Proactivity and inclination for teamwork are also highly valued.
