**GLOBAL SALES MANAGER - HYGENE MARKET**
**Posizione**:
All’interno del team Sales in USA e Europa, la figura sarà responsabile dello sviluppo del mercato del segmento “hygene”, con le seguenti principali responsabilità:
- Sviluppare e mantenere relazioni solide con i clienti a livello internazionale nel settore dell'igiene.
- Creare strategie di business per ampliare la presenza aziendale nei mercati globali, con un focus su grandi clienti.
- Supervisionare il budget, la catena di approvvigionamento e le operazioni di vendita per raggiungere gli obiettivi di profitto.
- Collaborare con team multifunzionali per implementare strategie di vendita e promuovere l'innovazione produttiva.
- Identificare e sfruttare opportunità di crescita nei mercati emergenti.
- Condurre revisioni regolari con i clienti per superare ostacoli e garantire risultati ottimali.
**Requisiti**:
- Esperienza consolidata in ruoli di vendita di leadership nel settore dell'igiene, preferibilmente a livello internazionale.
- Competenze strutturate e capacità dimostrate nella caccia di nuovi clienti, con un forte orientamento al cliente.
- Esperienza pluriennale nelle vendite internazionali, preferibilmente in un ambiente B2B con supporto tecnico.
- Abilità interculturali e fluente conoscenza dell'inglese per interagire con partner commerciali internazionali.
- Disponibilità a frequenti trasferte.
