Stiamo ricercando un Tecnico Help desk, per società appartenente a gruppo multinazionale e operante nel settore aeroportuale.

Sarai l'unica risorsa che svolgerà la mansione nella sede operativa nelle vicinanze dell'aeroporto di Malpensa, riporterai al CFO che lavora nella stessa sede e a un Global IT che ha sede all'estero. Per questo la tua conoscenza della lingua inglese deve essere fluente Dovrai occuparti di supportare i colleghi, i clienti e i fornitori, nella risoluzione delle problematiche legate all'utilizzo degli strumenti aziendali, nonché della installazione e configurazione di nuovi hardware, secondo le procedure aziendale.

Le tue responsabilità saranno le seguenti:
Creazione/gestione dei ticket: quando un problema non può essere risolto immediatamente, dovrai utilizzare un sistema di ticketing per assicurarti che le richieste vengano risolte in modo tempestivo secondo la scala delle priorità.

Risposta: il personale risponde alle domande dei clienti contenute nei ticket dell'help desk e risolve i problemi.

Escalation: quando non sarai in grado di risolvere la richiesta perché non rientra nella tua competenza, il passaggio successivo consiste nell'inviare il ticket a un altro membro del team o portarlo a un livello successivo.

Che caratteristiche dovrai avere:

- Un diploma in ambito informatico è sicuramente utile;
- Una buona dimestichezza nell'utilizzo degli strumenti IT in generale è indispensabile per poter svolgere la mansione, oltre alla conoscenza fluente della lingua inglese.
- Passione per l'ambito IT in generale;
- Un'esperienza di massimo 2/3 anni già maturata come Help desk di 1^ o 2^ livello in contesti mínimamente strutturati;
- Buone capacità relazionali, pazienza e capacità di problem solving costituiscono titolo preferenziale;
Il lavoro si svolgerà con Full time su cinque giorni con disponibilità a trasferte (occasionali) e reperibilità (mínima).
