- Gestisci ed elabori richieste di service tramite il nostro Service Management Tool
- Risolvi richieste First Level
- Collabori per sviluppare ulteriormente l’organizzazione IT
- Sorvegli sistemi interni e collabori per costruire la banca dati

- Formazione in ambito IT e/o pregressa esperienza lavorativa
- Passione ed interesse per il settore informatico
- Orientamento al risultato e alla consulenza
- Autonomia e approccio strutturato al lavoro
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua tedesca e italiana
