**Join us as Compensation & Benefit Manager**

**What you will be doing**
To enhance the Compensation & Benefits function, we are seeking a Compensation and Benefits Manager to join our team and play a crucial role in the development, implementation and management of the organization's compensation and benefits programs.
Your main responsibility is to provide support so that the company's compensation strategies are in line with business objectives, attract and retain top talent and remain competitive in the industry.

Key Responsibilities
Compensation Analysis:

- Conduct regular market research and benchmarking to ensure the organization's compensation remains competitive concerning all compensation elements;
- Analyze internal salary structures, job classifications, and recommend adjustments as needed;
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of industry compensation trends and best practices.

Benefits Administration:

- Provide support for the design, implementation, and communication of the organization's employee benefits programs;
- Oversee health and welfare plans, retirement plans, and other employee perks;
- Collaborate with insurance providers, brokers, and vendors to negotiate contracts and ensure cost-effectiveness.

Performance Management:

- Work closely with HR to integrate compensation strategies with the performance management system;
- Advise on merit increases, bonuses, and incentives based on employee performance.

This role will also focus on the areas of Policy Development and Employee Communication.

You have:

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Statistics & Economics Science or related field. A Master's degree or relevant certifications are a plus;
- Proven experience (at least 5 years) in compensation and benefits management;
- Strong understanding of labor market trends, salary structures, and benefits administration;
- Excellent analytical and data interpretation skills;
- In-depth knowledge of relevant employment laws and regulations.

You are:

- A collaborator, with the ability to work strategically with cross-functional teams;
- A strong communicator with interpersonal skills;
- Fluent knowledge of Italian and English - both written and spoken.

**Logistic & Salary**
The role is based in Milan with a hybrid working policy.

We offer a competitive salary, commensurate with experience.
Stock options plan available.

**The selection process**
