**Posizione**:

- Supervisionare le sedi e produrre reportistica periodica sulla gestione degli immobili;
- Verificare e monitorare l'approvvigionamento necessario al corretto funzionamento dei servizi relativi alle sedi aziendali;
- Curare i rapporti con i fornitori;
- Controllare le attività manutentive ordinarie che interessano le sedi;
- Supportare il team su tematiche relative alla Sicurezza e Salute sui luoghi di lavoro.

- Diploma di perito elettrotecnico, Geometra o titoli equipollenti;
- Pregressa esperienza, di almeno 2 anni, in posizione analoga;
- Esperienza pregressa nella stesura di capitolati tecnici per forniture di medio-grandi dimensioni;
- Ottima padronanza degli strumenti informatici;
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese.

Completano il profilo disponibilità a viaggiare, precisione, ottime capacità relazionali, organizzative e di problem solving.
